Items Recycled Through This Program Policy

Any item(s) sent in becomes the property of RFBC. In the rare event you accidentally send us the wrong items, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the item. If we find them we will return them at your expense. RFBC is not responsible if we cannot locate items incorrectly sent in to this program.

Cell Phone, PDA or other Services

It is the responsibility of the user to discontinue service on phones recycled through Recycle For Breast Cancer. Recycle For Breast Cancer is not responsible for previous or subsequent airtime charges accrued prior, during, or after any transaction. Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the original user and service provider to resolve payment issues.

Expenses

RFBC provides prepaid shipping labels, boxes and envelopes for its participants. Shipping and any other associated costs for items shipped to us under any other means cannot be reimbursed. Any and all of these costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Items collected through this program

Recycle for Breast Cancer cannot make any determination or claims of tax benefits or value of the items collected through this program.

Personal/User/Subscriber Information

If desired, it is the responsibility of the user to remove any and all personal information from all items collected through this program that store data, such as cell phones, laptops and PDA’s. This includes permanent memory and removable memory including but not limited to, phonebook entries, personal codes, e-mail addresses, personal addresses, IM addresses, photos, and downloaded files. We will make a reasonable effort to erase this information when feasible, practical and permitted by the technology. Any personal information including but not limited to the aforementioned data could be used in a negative manner and it is the sole responsibility of the user to clear all information that could be harmful to the user if made public.

Expiration of Items Collected Through This Program

The items that this program collects change on a regular basis. RFBC reserves the right to make changes to the items accepted through this program without notice.
